Our system is complicated and you have shown your knowledge and experience as you have worked with me to design and install a system that deals with our particular requirements. You are helpful, knowledgeable , competent and do what you say you will do for an agreed price. You have also attended to snags and minor issues promptly and been very helpful over the phone as I get to grips with a new system. Your business is relatively new, but I know that you have been doing what you do as a sub- contractor for a long time and that another very competent company which bought the company you used to work for, would love to employ you if you were not now doing a very good job in your own right at Energy by Nature.
